Did it?

I've decided to start posting some of the STUPID things that come out people's mouths. I can't tell you how many times I say "I could write a book, and no one would believe me." So, since I don't have a printing press, a publisher or the time, I'll just update what I hear on here.

So, StinkyT, Amy and I were in the kitchenette during our lunch hour waiting for the microwave to do its thing. I should tell you that we have 2 microwaves, a kettle and a toaster in our kitchenette--but only two plugs. Inevitably, someone will have to wait for an appliance to ding, whistle or pop before one can remove that plug and insert their own appliance of choice.

StinkyT: "Sorry man, I have the toaster plugged in"
Me: "No problem. That microwave should be done soon anyhow."

Koko: "Let me just" *shuffle*shuffle* "oh! NO! The power is off. Is my food still in there?"
StinkyT: "Yes. Your food is still in there. The microwaved beeped already."
Koko: "Oh. Did the microwave beep?"
StinkyT: "Yes. It dinged."
Koko: "So, my food is hot?"
StinkyT: "Yes. The microwave dinged and it's done. It just finished."
Koko: "Oh. So it finished and beeped?"

[Am-I-Speaking-Tagalog-look to Amy and Luigilover]

StinkyT: "Yes. After it dinged, we unplugged it. Then we plugged in the toaster."
Koko: "Oh. Ok. So it dinged right?"

StinkyT: "YES. It DINGED."

Koko: "Oh. Ok."

[Shuffled out]

See. Told you. I knew you wouldn't believe me.
