I'm "exceptional" but still suck

I got a very interesting rejection letter in the mail for a position I applied for. It said "While your qualifications are exceptional, we have decided to go with a different candidate".

So, I'm exceptional but still suck.

Interesting.

I wonder what kind of qualifications are "super exceptional" for that position. Geez.
