Problems

I've been so busy at work lately; running around with my arms flaring around (similar to those balloons you see on business roof tops to attract businesses).

I guess my biggest problem is not adhering to my body's needs. Specifically, having to go to the bathroom.

I know you've done it too. The PeePee Dance. You know you haaaaave to go, but maybe you can just finish up this email/phone call/conversation in another minute so that you don't have to finish up the email/phone call/conversation later!
Ah, but no. When your body knocks, you must answer.

So, for 3 days in a row, I've been speed walking to the bathroom. On all three occasions, I've been unbuttoning my pants before I even make it to the toilet! I did this because I knew I wouldn't make it otherwise.

I guess the moral of the story is to just listen to your body. It isn't the most profound message in the world, but an important one. When the first knock hits my bladder, I should just listen to it. The email/phone call/conversation will have to wait I'm afraid!

It's no fun doing the poopy dance either. That one actually hurts.

We went for a hike once and both assumed the other had brought the necessary stuff. We both had to go so we both had to hold it in. It hurt so much and I needed to go so badly I thought it was just going to fall out.

The toilet surely was my best friend when we got back! Listen to your urges!

Been there too Nancy! Sometimes your body even says, "Hey you, you've ignored me enough today. I'm outta here." Then the urge disappears. You suddenly think that you don't have to go anymore but the second you stand up...holy shit! I won't go into details. Now that I work around the corner from a bathroom, I even go when I'm bored.

I don't want to think about what would happen if I ignored a poo urge. Having the gopher poking it's head out the hole is no fun at all.
